Love Jinx is an ongoing written and illustrated by . It was published in December by and is being serialized in . Season 1 is complete from chapters 1-35. Season 2 is now being published since 30th of December 2021. The story revolves around Lim Haegyung, who suffers from a strange jinx. As well as Kang Woojin, who apparently is the cause of the jinx.
He suffers from a strange jinx; whenever he is involved in a kiss with someone, something bad follows afterwards. Initially, Haegyung is shown dating his office manager, Jung Wook. Haegyung appears to be in love with his boss at work as his jinx is understood and he was never forced into a kiss. However, things soon go downhill when Haegyung accidentally kisses him. With a strange turn of events, Haegyung ends up in the same house as Kang Woojin, whom he has not seen for eight years. It is later revealed that Haegyung had actually been avoiding him. When Woojin starts messing with him again Haegyung takes none of it and just wants to move out of the house, but then he realizes that he is broke and can’t afford a house to stay in.
Lim Haegyung has a strange jinx. Whenever he is kissed or kisses someone, something bad follows. All of his boyfriends involved with him in a kiss end up breaking up with him or he ends up getting caught in some other mess. He meets Jung Wook, who goes in the same office as him, and they become lovers. Even though Jung Wook understands Haegyung’s situation, Haegyung ends up initiating a kiss accidentally. Due to his jinx, Haegyung ends up in a whole new chaotic situation where he meets the guy responsible for his jinx. Lim Haegyung blames Kang Woojin, a guy from his past, for his jinx. Broke and helpless, Haegyung is offered a place in the same apartment as him. As the story unfolds, the past between them is revealed.
Haegyung was gay although this was not discussed with family and friends. He came from a simple family. Haegyung met Kang Woojin through his little brother, Lim Haejoon. He is also shown having a boyfriend when he was in high school, although after an unexpected turn of events, he somehow ends up with Woojin, who was three years younger than him. They were involved in an informal relationship for several years. Woojin always irritated Haegyung by messing around with him, but somehow he still starts developing feelings for Woojin. At some point, Haegyung also realizes that Kang Woojin would never let him go. This incident causing the jinx forced Haegyung to move, leaving Woojin behind.
Jung Seohyun is the owner of the house in which he has invited 4 other people (including Haegyung) to move in. It is later revealed that it was Kang Woojin who had offered him this apartment after running away from his real home.He was his father’s love child and was never seen as a real son. He was kicked out of the house and made to live on his own when he was in 10th grade. He is possibly involved in a relationship with Park Kihoon, but Haegyung also catches him kissing another member of the house, Lim Joo. When Lim Joo asks him if he would be interested in sleeping together, Seohyun denies saying that he already has a boyfriend and is not the type to two-time. Lim Joo wonders whether that boyfriend is Park Kihoon. His ex lovers once ended up at the apartment and almost assaulted Haegyung making Woojin (the real owner of the house) very angry.
