This is a rather strange and non – canon concept. In the Naruto series, Naruto and Hinata have a relationship based on mutual respect and love. But in such a fanfiction, it distorts their relationship into a master – slave dynamic which goes against the original spirit of the story.
One big issue is that it disrespects the characters. Hinata is a strong – willed and kind – hearted character in the Naruto series. Turning her into part of a’slave harem’ concept completely goes against her character traits. Moreover, it also goes against the overarching themes of the Naruto series which are about respect, friendship and growth. Fanfiction should enhance the original work, not undermine it with such unethical concepts.

Hinata kissed and kissed that divine foot for almost ten minutes, continuing to thank her young Mistress in those rare moments that her lips were not in contact with her foot. Sarada allowed her slave to kiss her feet until a strong thunder reminded once again that the storm outside was far from over. The young Uchiha got up calmly and, grabbing the leash that was on a table nearby, she attached it to the black leather collar that adorned Hinata’s neck. Carefully observing the naked body of her beautiful slave, Sarada thought back to what had happened a few days before, on the way back home, after spending the afternoon on the stone face of the fifth Hokage with Hinata licking her feet.
