On July 19, 2024, Heller issued a new video statement reaffirming her story, as well as refuting claims that she had “admitted to lying” and accused several other prolific female artists besides Melanie of assaulting her. Heller also described harassment she received from Martinez’s fanbase that ultimately led her to temporarily deactivate her public accounts, and claimed to have been and hacked, stating that her “home address, phone number, and family’s phone numbers were all leaked,” that “every single one of [her] social media accounts was hacked, including [her] email,” and that “the only thing they didn’t get into was [her] bank account.”
