Berlin Naomi is a member of the recording group . She is a main cast member in seasons three and six of and is also featured as a supporting cast member on the spin-off.
Naomi Berlin, public relations executive and NYU public policy graduate student, is at that ripe age where her friends start to get hitched.
Including her work in media relations and writing, Naomi’s previous experience comes from the political sphere -– including internships with the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) and U.S. Representatives Debbie Wasserman Schultz and Ed Markey. Most recently, Naomi worked as a fundraiser for the Florida gubernatorial campaign of Alex Sink. Originally from Miami, she is now a proud Brooklyn resident and member of the formidable bowling league team, “I Can’t Believe It’s Not Gutter!”
Naomi was ocean breeze inland, open sky. I started at her eyes. When I met her: walking down a market by the canal in a Berlin summer, my thighs thicking together lustlike, my body foreign, my desires handlebar and pedal-pushed, my name a new sound in every smile. I remember walking through those stalls feeling suntrimmed and special, hearing languages musiced by my not-knowing, my not knowing a small rope I kept tying and untying as the days went by in a city I had arrived to by light.
