Non-Porn Movies Where The Actors Had Real Sex
Lawmakers in California have voted against legislation to force porn actors to use condoms during sex scenes, despite four adult film performers testing positive for HIV within the past month. The proposed new law, AB 640, would have introduced a series of mandatory health and safety measures to porn film sets, including medical testing and training.
In the wake of #MeToo, intimacy coordinators have held an increasingly prominent role on the sets of mainstream TV and film, ensuring that actors feel comfortable and safe at all times while filming sex scenes. In those cases, the performers are only simulating the acts on-camera. In porn, it’s happening for real, which makes it all the more important for everybody involved to know exactly what is going to happen in a scene, and when, and to whom.
