“The song ‘Wi$h Li$t’ is one that I love so much because it’s really romantic. It’s got a lot of really vivid imagery in it of just different wishes people have for how they want their lives to be, how they want it to feel, how they want it to look. And it’s very accepting of all of those things, like, whatever anybody wants with their life! Then in the chorus, it’s just like ‘this is what I want’, you know?
How did you get to a place where you’re like, “Fuck it”?You know, I’ll say this. I’m unfuckwithable. I’ve been fucked with in a really, really painful way. In a deep way. I feel like I’ve had a lot of… I don’t even know how to describe it. I’ve had a lot of trauma from my relationship with the public and being backlashed and being canceled for various all sorts of things. I’ve dealt with really painful friendship situations. And I think when you come out on the other side of that and you get a little older, you’re like, “There’s nothing you can say about me anymore. There’s nothing anybody can say.“
